Identify 10 motivated rural candidates through schools, community referrals, or applications, considering education, financial need, and willingness to learn.
Community responsibility · Bangladesh
Where someone is born should not decide how far their skills can take them. Our CSR vision is to open a practical path from rural Bangladesh to digital work.

Why we are doing this
When one person gains useful skills and a path to earning, the benefit can reach the people who depend on them. SCHL wants to make that chance more accessible to learners in rural Bangladesh.
Empowering people through digital skills.

Our starting aim: make training accessible to at least 10 people from rural Bangladesh each year.
This is SCHL's proposed CSR programme and annual target, not a report of completed training or outcomes.
The proposed pathway
A 3–6 month learning journey, designed around real skills and a respectful route into work.
01
Identify 10 motivated rural candidates through schools, community referrals, or applications, considering education, financial need, and willingness to learn.
02
Build computer and internet confidence, then progress into image editing and the foundations of freelance work.
03
Internal mentors would guide weekly progress and use realistic tasks to help learners apply new skills.
04
Where suitable, graduates may be considered for internships, freelance assignments, or referrals through partner networks.
Inside the training
01
Computer basics and using the internet with confidence.
02
Photoshop, clipping paths, retouching, and colour correction.
03
Client communication, freelance platforms, and time management.
People and place
We want to reach young people in villages and underserved communities, with equal opportunity regardless of gender or background. The aim is useful training, dignity, and the chance to support oneself and one's family.
As the programme grows, we also want community partnerships to respect the local environments people depend on. Any environmental activity will be described when it is established, rather than claimed in advance.
The intention behind the work
For those who give from an Islamic perspective, teaching a useful skill can be an expression of Sadaqah Jariyah: support that may continue to benefit someone long after a lesson ends. Our approach is open to every learner, whatever their faith or background.
Beneficial knowledge is among the good that continues.Sahih Muslim 1631 ↗

Voluntary giving could help cover learning materials, access to tools, or a training place for someone who could not otherwise afford it. Any future support arrangement would be documented clearly.
Qur'an 2:261 · the value of giving ↗ ↗Zakat has specific eligible recipients and rules. SCHL would only direct any Zakat-related support through an appropriate, verified process for eligible people; the page is not collecting Zakat.
Qur'an 9:60 · eligible recipients ↗ ↗This is a statement of intent, not a donation campaign or a claim that scholarships are already funded.
How we intend to be accountable
As the programme is established, we plan to track participation and outcomes annually, then grow only at a pace that protects training quality.
Fair treatment, equal opportunity, and no exploitation of learners or their work.
Track trainees, internships or freelance work, income improvement, and retention in the digital field.
Start with 10 places, then consider 20 and 50 as resources allow, with company funding and potential NGO or education partners.
Build the path together
